Project Summary

The uniqueness of the site and its easy access to local adventures, including hiking, volcanoes, white water rafting, surfing, angling, jungle journeys, nature walks and deep sea fishing, combined with strategic partnerships with select operators and a progressive approach to design and hospitality endorses San Silencio as a future member of an elite group of destination resort communities built for the discerning world traveller

The Developer is following a multiple phased delivery methodology scheduled over seven years.  Phase 1 is a  200-key lifestyle branded hotel.   Phases 2 & 3 will follow with a boutique hotel as well as residential units all built on 62 hectares of land that provides unfettered access to the beaches.

The area of development is a mesa at 130m elevation, overlooking four privately accessed beaches:  Playa El Silencio, Tivives, Icaco and Coralillio.  The mesa reaches down to the beaches through a variety of gentle slopes and cliffs. Because the site lies at the cusp of the tropical Puntarenas and dry Guanacaste regions, San Silencio enjoys a unique micro-climate that minimizes the rainy season yet supports lush vegetation and gentle ocean breezes year round.

The target market comprises the 25 – 60 year old affluent adventure traveler of contemporary style, tastes and trends plus the increasingly urban professional class of Costa Rica’s capital, San Jose.  This sophisticated adventurer has an appetite for the local experience complimented by services and amenities that provide for comfort and care.
